Another historic name in the heart of Bari Vecchia. Open since 1921, this bakery is famous for its panzerotti. There is often a line, but the wait is rewarded by a sincere and traditional taste, perfect to enjoy while strolling through the alleys.
3. The House of Taste Panzerotteria (Murat District)
Moving to the Murat district, at 271 Principe Amedeo Street, we find the following. The House of Taste. Unlike classic bakeries, this is a true specialized panzerotteria: here the panzerotto is the absolute king of the menu. It is the ideal place for those who love variety and want to dare beyond tradition, with a wide choice of gourmet fillings and tasty combinations. The fried food is excellent, light and crispy, and can also be enjoyed seated comfortably.
4. La Pupetta (Murattiano Center)
A short walk from Bari Vecchia, La Pupetta is another must-visit address for its classic panzerotti. A historic eatery that offers tradition and flavor, ideal for a quick and tasty lunch break.
5. Fiore Bakery (Bari Vecchia)
Although it is the undisputed legend of focaccia, Panificio Fiore’s panzerotto also deserves a mention. A historic bakery where you can enjoy genuine products in an authentic setting.
